1. Online Store Terms

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

2. Product Information & Availability

We strive to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate; however:

  • Some product images are provided by our manufacturing partners and suppliers

  • Minor variations in color, stitching, sizing, or fabric texture may occur

  • We do not guarantee exact color matching due to screen differences and production batches

Products may be discontinued or updated at any time without notice.

3. Pricing & Currency

Prices displayed on the Site may be shown in your local currency for convenience.

All transactions are processed in USD (United States Dollars) unless otherwise specified by your payment provider.

Your bank or payment provider may apply conversion rates or foreign transaction fees outside of our control.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Reseller activity

  • Incorrect pricing

  • Stock availability

  • Address verification issues

If an order is canceled before it has been processed or fulfilled, a full refund will be issued.

Orders that have already been processed, packed, or shipped cannot be canceled and must follow our Return Policy after delivery.

5. Shipping & Fulfillment

Paige & Palm Co. works with domestic and international fulfillment partners.

By placing an order, you acknowledge:

  • Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees

  • Items may ship separately

  • Tracking updates may appear after processing

  • Carrier, customs, weather, or logistics delays are outside our control

Customers are responsible for entering a correct shipping address at checkout.

6. Delivery Issues & Incorrect Address

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee modifications.

If a package is:

  • Returned to sender

  • Refused at delivery

  • Undeliverable due to address errors

  • Not claimed from the carrier

We may offer either:

  1. Reshipment (customer pays new shipping cost), or

  2. A refund minus original shipping and handling costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Paige & Palm Co. is not responsible for packages marked as Delivered by the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are handled exclusively through our official return portal in accordance with our posted Return Policy.

We do not accept returns sent without an approved return request.

Eligibility requirements, exclusions (including swimwear final sale items), and refund processing are governed by our Return Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including branding, logo, graphics, layout, and text — is the property of Paige & Palm Co.

Certain product images are licensed for commercial use from our suppliers and partners.
Unauthorized copying, saving, resale, or redistribution of Site content is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paige & Palm Co. shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers

  • Allergic reactions to materials or fabrics

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.

10. Chargebacks & Abuse

Submitting a chargeback without first contacting customer support or using the return portal constitutes abuse of our policies.

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and block future purchases from accounts involved in fraudulent disputes.

We may provide links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or services.

12. Changes to Terms
