Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Once your order has been processed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Shipping Time
After processing, delivery typically takes:
Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delivery may occasionally take longer due to carrier delays, customs, weather, or high order volume.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after the label is created.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on product availability and warehouse location.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
We are unable to change the address once an order has been processed.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to claim delivery, reshipping fees will apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Paige & Palm Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
